Hire Salesforce developers expertly trained on AI and product thinking
Hire dedicated Salesforce developers from a staffing partner that has spent two decades building CRM and SaaS systems. We have placed hundreds of senior Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration engineers in the Philippines for SaaS, financial services, healthcare, and enterprise teams. Every engineer on the bench is pre-vetted, full-time, and ready to start in 7 days.

Previously founded VinSolutions ($150M+ exit) and Stackify
We ran Salesforce on a four-person team at VinSolutions for years
Before Full Scale, I co-founded VinSolutions, a CRM platform for auto dealers that we eventually sold for over $150 million. While we were building VinSolutions, we ran Salesforce as our own internal system of record, with four full-time people supporting and customizing it. Salesforce was how we ran sales, how support tracked tickets, how marketing followed up on leads, and how finance knew what was closed. It was critical to running the whole company.
That is where I learned what Salesforce hiring actually costs. Four FTE is what it took to run a single growing SaaS company on Salesforce well, and the gap between an admin who can build a flow and a senior developer who can debug a governor-limit exception at 2am is the gap that decides whether the platform helps you or holds you back. Most Salesforce projects fail because the team is too junior for the platform's quirks, not because the requirements were wrong.
Today Full Scale is a Salesforce development company built around senior Filipino developers and the Product Driven framework. We have hired hundreds of Salesforce engineers in the Philippines, we test them on real Apex bulkification and Lightning architecture problems rather than trivia, and we have staffed dedicated Salesforce development teams for fast growing SaaS companies, lenders, and enterprise platforms. If you are serious about hiring offshore Salesforce developers who can actually build things, you are in the right place.
AI-powered Salesforce engineers, trained on Product Driven principles
Most Salesforce teams adopting AI are shipping more Apex and more flows without shipping better Salesforce orgs. The slop volume climbs, the technical debt compounds, and developers whose only skill is typing faster end up costing more in cleanup than they save in keystrokes.
Full Scale Salesforce developers are trained on something different: the Product Driven approach from Matt's book, combined with the full modern AI toolkit (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Einstein, Agentforce). They think first, type second, and use AI for the parts where judgment doesn't add value. That combination is rare, and it is what Salesforce teams should actually be hiring for in 2026.
Product Driven engineering
Our engineers are trained on the five pillars from Matt's book: Vision, Focus, Clarity, Ownership, and Courage. The result is Salesforce developers who push back on bad CRM decisions, ask whether a flow or trigger should exist before writing it, and own the outcome of what ships. They are not ticket-takers.
Read Product Driven, the bookAI as a thinking partner
Every Salesforce engineer on our bench works with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and the Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce stack every day. They use AI to explore options, scaffold the boring Apex and LWC parts, generate test classes, and review their own pull requests before a human ever sees them. Judgment stays with the engineer, the grunt work moves to the machine.
AI without product thinking is just a slop machine, and the Salesforce engineers I want on my team don't get caught by that. They reason about the org before they write a trigger, and they use AI for the parts where judgment doesn't matter. That's who we hire and train at Full Scale.
The engineering team behind AMC Theatres
Dedicated Salesforce developers, starting at $35 an hour
That rate covers a senior Salesforce engineer in the Philippines working full-time on your project, with payroll, benefits, HR, and equipment all handled by Full Scale. The same role hired locally in the US costs $130K to $180K a year, and that math is what drives most of our clients to call.
- Full-time, dedicated Salesforce engineer
- Pre-vetted by senior Salesforce reviewers
- Works your hours, your tools, your sandbox and org
- Payroll, HR, equipment, benefits handled by us
- US-based account manager you can escalate to
- 30-day replacement guarantee if it isn't a fit
Full Scale has made the Inc. 5000 four years in a row and is Great Place to Work certified. We have been doing this since 2018, and pricing isn't the only reason clients stay with our Salesforce development company, it's the easiest reason to call.
The reason offshore Salesforce works here
You can also hire dedicated developers in the Philippines across every other stack we staff, with the same vetting bar, retention numbers, and engagement model that Salesforce clients get.
English-fluent by default
The Philippines is the third-largest English-speaking country in the world. Standups, code reviews, and stakeholder calls with sales and service ops work the way they do with any US team member.
Real time-zone overlap
Most of our Salesforce engineers work US business hours with 4-8 hours of real-time overlap with East and West Coast teams, so deploy windows, release reviews, and sales-ops decisions happen live during shared hours rather than crawling through 24-hour async handoffs.
Deep Salesforce talent pool
Cebu and Manila produce tens of thousands of CS, IT, and Salesforce-certified graduates a year. Salesforce certification programs have run in Philippines universities and bootcamps for over a decade, which means deep, ready talent across Apex, LWC, and the broader Salesforce stack.
Cultural alignment with US teams
Filipino engineers grow up on US business norms, US TV, and US tech culture, so agile rituals, direct feedback, and collaborative workflows with sales and service teams feel familiar from day one. These engineers integrate fast rather than needing constant management.
Writing Apex is not the same as knowing the platform
Anyone with a Platform Developer I cert can write Apex. Building a Salesforce org that holds up across a multi-year roadmap requires a different bench entirely. When you outsource Salesforce development or hire offshore Salesforce developers, this is the gap that decides whether the project ships. Here is what we test for, and what most offshore staffing companies skip. The full picture of why offshore engagements fail more often than they succeed is something I have written about at length.
Architecture knowledge, not just clicks
Junior Salesforce developers and admins ship features by clicking through Flow Builder and stringing together triggers. Senior Salesforce engineers reason about object models, sharing rules, async patterns, and when a flow earns its complexity over an Apex class. We hire for that judgment.
Apex that respects governor limits
We test for bulkification, the N+1 SOQL trap, mixed DML errors, query selectivity, and when to push work into async Apex (queueable, batch, future) versus a synchronous trigger. Bad Apex that ignores governor limits is the single most common cause of Salesforce production incidents we see.
Integrations beyond a one-off REST call
Real integration expertise on Salesforce teams covers REST and Bulk API design, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, MuleSoft Anypoint patterns, retry and idempotency strategies, and Named Credentials. Most offshore Salesforce shops can write a callout. Few can design an integration layer that holds up under load.
Lightning migration without the breakage
Moving from Classic to Lightning Experience, Aura to LWC, or Process Builder and Workflow Rules to Flow is more than a tool swap. We have run full Lightning migrations and managed-package modernizations for production orgs with thousands of users, which means we know where the landmines are before we start.
Sharing, security, and identity done right
Real Salesforce security work covers profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWD, role hierarchy, with sharing versus without sharing in Apex, FLS and CRUD checks, OAuth flows, Connected Apps, and Shield Platform Encryption. It is not a checklist exercise, and we test for engineers who understand the actual data model risk in a production org.
Production debugging skills
A senior Salesforce engineer should be able to read a transaction trace, debug a governor-limit exception, walk through a debug log during a flow failure, and chase a mixed-DML error to its root cause. Most offshore Salesforce developers have never been the engineer holding the pager when production breaks.
Hire dedicated Salesforce developers for the work that actually matters
Most Salesforce hiring conversations skip past the actual project. What kind of Salesforce work do you need done? A greenfield Sales Cloud rollout, a Service Cloud expansion, a Lightning migration, a MuleSoft-backed integration that has been stuck for six months? As a Salesforce development company that bills for engineering hours rather than fixed-bid project bids, our developers ship across all of it. Here are the Salesforce development services we get hired for most often.
Custom Salesforce development
Custom Salesforce development means greenfield Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow architecture built around your sales and service process, not a reskinned out-of-the-box org. The codebase survives the first 18 months of new requirements without a rebuild, and your team can still reason about it on month 19.
Enterprise Salesforce implementation
Enterprise Salesforce work is multi-org strategy, role-based sharing, territory management, audit logging, and regulatory reporting: the unglamorous stuff that enterprise CRM lives or dies on. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud all live here, and our bench has shipped real production work in each.
Salesforce integrations & APIs
We build integrations against the Salesforce REST API, Bulk API 2.0, Streaming API, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture. MuleSoft is on the bench when you need it, and we know when to write a custom callout instead. Third-party integrations get retries, idempotency keys, and proper error capture so your data stays consistent across systems.
Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud builds
We staff for every major Salesforce cloud: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (including Account Engagement, formerly Pardot), Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. Pick the cloud, we match an engineer who has actually shipped on it.
Salesforce modernization & migration
We run production Salesforce migrations: Classic to Lightning Experience, Process Builder and Workflow Rules to Flow, Aura components to Lightning Web Components, and legacy managed packages to a clean unlocked-package model. We know which automations break in a migration and how to stage cutovers without losing user trust.
Salesforce performance & debugging
Our Salesforce performance work covers governor limit triage, SOQL optimization, view state diet, transaction trace analysis, and async Apex tuning. These are skills most offshore Salesforce shops have never developed, so hire us when your batch jobs are timing out or your triggers are blowing CPU limits.
Eight Salesforce specializations, one staffing partner
Most Salesforce teams need more than one role. Hire dedicated Apex developers, Lightning Web Component engineers, certified admins, MuleSoft integration specialists, and Salesforce DevOps from a single vetted bench. Mix and match seniorities as the project requires.
Apex Developers
Senior Apex engineers write bulkified triggers, async batches, queueable jobs, and platform-event handlers that respect governor limits. They write Apex test classes that actually cover behavior, not just lines.
Lightning Web Component Developers
LWC and Aura specialists who build modern Salesforce UIs with Lightning Design System, SLDS, and reusable component libraries. They migrate Aura components to LWC without breaking field history.
Salesforce Admins & Consultants
Certified Salesforce Administrators and Advanced Administrators who own org configuration, profiles, permission sets, flows, and reporting. They are the bridge between sales ops and engineering.
Integration Engineers (MuleSoft & API)
Engineers in this specialization design integrations across the Salesforce REST API, Bulk API, Platform Events, and MuleSoft Anypoint. They build retry-safe, idempotent connections to ERPs, billing systems, and data warehouses.
Cloud Specialists (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience)
Cloud-certified Salesforce engineers who go deep on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement), Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Health Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud. Match a developer to the cloud you're scaling.
Salesforce DevOps Engineers
DevOps work on these teams covers Salesforce DX, source-driven development, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI for sfdx pipelines, plus Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Flosum. They make Salesforce releases boring in the good way.
Solution & Technical Architects
When the org gets complex, these are the engineers you call. Application Architects, Integration Architects, and CTA-track engineers who design multi-org strategy, data model overhauls, and large-scale program rollouts.
Salesforce QA & SDET
Our automation engineers write Apex test classes that hit 90%+ meaningful coverage, plus Provar, Selenium, and Playwright suites against Lightning UIs. They build the test pyramid Salesforce orgs almost never have.
Salesforce expertise tuned to your industry
As a Salesforce development company that has been around for over a decade, we have placed dedicated Salesforce developers into nearly every industry that runs on the platform. Domain knowledge cuts onboarding time in half, so we match developers to projects where they have already shipped real Apex, LWC, and integration work.
Finance & FinTech
Production Salesforce in finance means Financial Services Cloud, strict audit trails, regulatory reporting, and zero tolerance for data inconsistency between Salesforce and the system of record. We have built and scaled Salesforce orgs for lenders, wealth platforms, and payment companies. The data model decisions are unforgiving in this space, and so is our bench.
From Apex and Lightning Web Components to Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft.
Whether you want to hire Apex developers for a greenfield build, hire Lightning Web Component engineers for a Classic-to-Lightning migration, or outsource Salesforce development on a legacy org with a decade of technical debt, the bench covers every layer of the Salesforce stack. Pick what you need. We will match a Salesforce developer fluent in it.
Hire dedicated Salesforce developers, two ways
Most clients start with a single dedicated Salesforce developer and grow into a full team. Either way, you get full-time engineers who sit on your standups, work your hours, and ship against your Salesforce roadmap. Both options are our staff augmentation model at the core: dedicated, long-term engineers embedded in your team rather than freelancers, shared resources, or a project shop on the side.
Dedicated developer
Full-time, exclusive, sits on your standups.
- Full-time Salesforce engineer assigned only to your project
- Works your hours, your tools, your sandbox and org
- Joins your standups, reports to your tech lead
- We handle payroll, HR, equipment, retention
- Replace within 30 days if it isn't a fit
How to hire a dedicated Salesforce developer from Full Scale
We skip the 3-6 week recruitment cycle and the cold sourcing entirely. Our bench of Salesforce development talent in the Philippines is already built and vetted, and every step below has a named owner on our side.
Discovery call
30 minutes with our team. We learn your Salesforce org, your roadmap, the seniority level you need, the clouds you're scaling (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.), and whether the work is Apex, LWC, admin-heavy, integration-heavy, or all of the above. We don't pitch on the call, we walk through what you actually need from a hire.
Engineer match
We pull 1-3 pre-vetted Salesforce engineers from the bench whose certifications, cloud experience, and prior project history line up with what you described. You see their full profile, their certifications, and their actual project history.
Technical interview
You interview the candidates the way you would interview any senior hire: live coding in Apex, LWC architecture review, governor-limit and bulkification scenarios, integration design, and security model questions. Pass anyone you don't believe in.
Contract & onboarding
Sign once. We handle every contract, payroll, equipment, and HR detail in the Philippines so you don't have an offshore entity to manage. You just get a developer.
First commit
Your developer joins your standups, gets sandbox access, and ships code in their first week. Our delivery managers stay involved to make sure ramp-up doesn't stall.
Full Scale vs the other ways to hire a Salesforce developer.

When offshore Salesforce is the wrong call
Most pages like this would tell you offshore Salesforce is always the right move. It is not. Below are the cases where we have either passed on a project ourselves or told the client they should not hire dedicated engineers from anyone, us included. If any of these match what you are doing, we will say so on the discovery call rather than sign you up and hope it works out.
You don't have a real roadmap yet
Very early stage Salesforce work where the requirements change weekly is the wrong fit for a dedicated engineer. What you need is a fractional admin or a freelancer who can absorb the thrash. A long-term hire needs accumulated org context to be productive, and that context is exactly what you do not have yet.
Your work is genuinely on-soil regulated
Certain DoD, GovCloud, ITAR-covered, and FedRAMP High Salesforce orgs require US persons on US soil. If that is you, we will tell you on the call, not after the contract.
The scope is fixed and short
Think a one-time data migration, a four-week managed-package install, or a single integration that ends on a known date. Hire a Salesforce consultancy or a specialist freelancer for those. Dedicated developers earn their value over months and years of org evolution, and a short fixed-scope job rarely runs long enough to pay back the ramp-up.
You can't actually fill a developer's time
If you only have 10 hours of well-defined Salesforce work a week, a dedicated full-time engineer will end up idle or pulled into work you didn't budget for. That ends badly for both sides. Part-time engagements and fractional admins exist for this reason, and we are not them.
