    Matt Watson founded Full Scale in 2018 after years of startup frustration.

    We're more than a staffing company

    The standard offshore factory model treats developers like seats to fill and forgets them the moment the invoice clears. We went the other way. It starts before anyone's first full-time day, through our software development internships in the Philippines that bring new engineers in and grow them into the team.

    Summer party

    Once a year we shut things down and take the whole company out for the day. Families come along, kids run around, and people who normally only see each other on a screen finally get to hang out in person. It's the easiest reminder that we actually like working together.

    Annual marathon

    Every year a big chunk of the team trains for and runs a marathon together. Some people are chasing a personal best and others just want to finish and earn the breakfast after. Either way, we show up for something hard as a group, which turns out to be good practice for the day job too.

    Giving back
