Pipay: twelve years into QA, still growing
Pipay is a QA Manual tester on Full Scale's Philippines team, twelve years into a career that started at NCR's Cebu Development Center and includes a named innovation award. In her own words: what keeps the work challenging, and why she's stayed for the growth.

An award-winning QA career, before Full Scale
Pipay graduated in Computer Engineering from the University of San Carlos in 2014 and started her QA career the same month, at NCR's Cebu Development Center. Six years there, including a recognized innovation award, built the foundation she brought to Full Scale in 2021.
NCR Cebu Development Center, Software QA Engineer (2014–2020)
One of 14 QA engineers on the team, running manual and automated regression with JIRA, HP Quality Center, WinRunner, and Selenium. Won an IDR Innovation Award in 2015.
NCR Cebu Development Center, Configuration Management Engineer (2018–2020)
Took on packaging and release engineering alongside her QA work, mastering both legacy Batch File scripting and newer JavaScript-based release methods for different customer bases.
Full Scale, QA Manual Tester (2021–present)
Now testing an enterprise licensing project: compliance, cost optimization, and contractual accuracy for a client's software licensing operation.
