    Juvil: the senior developer who's stayed with the same client since day one

    Juvil is a Senior .NET Developer on Full Scale's Philippines team, 21 years into a career that includes 11 years leading named projects at NCR before joining Full Scale in 2019. In his own words: the achievement he's proudest of, and what's kept him at Full Scale for over six years.

    Background

    Two decades of code, three named projects led

    Juvil graduated with a degree in Information Technology from Cebu Institute of Technology in 2005 and has been writing software ever since. Eleven of those years were spent at NCR, leading real, named systems before he ever joined Full Scale.

    iComm International & HUtility (2005–2008)

    Early career building inventory, sales, and accounting-integration software in VB.NET and SQL Server, with Crystal Reports for reporting tools.

    NCR CDC, Senior Software Engineer (2008–2019)

    Eleven years at NCR, serving as project lead on three named systems: the WebOffice POS back-office integration, Digital Menu Boards, and the NOLO project under the Hospitality division.

    Full Scale, Senior .NET Developer (2019–present)

    Now works as a software architect on his client's systems: CI/CD with Jenkins and Bitbucket Pipelines, PowerShell automation for Windows servers, and Agile project management.
