Full Scale Holds Team Bonding Activities in Davao and Manila
Business thrives with the team that builds it. At Full Scale, we consider employees to be the heart and soul of the company. With that in mind, we organize a lot of team bonding activities that help build a solid and united team. In line with this, we’ve launched team development programs that can boost our work dynamic along with our robust internship program.
Since 2020, Full Scale has adopted a permanent work-from-home setup. This allowed us to expand our operations and recruitment efforts beyond our headquarters in Cebu. We now have many team members working in the Luzon and Mindanao regions as well.
To promote better camaraderie in a much bigger team, we hold regular engagement activities for employees throughout the Philippines. Our goal is to ensure that every member feels involved with the company, no matter where they’re based.
In September, we held our team bonding activities in the cities of Manila and Davao. Employees got a chance to meet and get to know each other in person. They also enjoyed special treats and prizes in the team bonding activities.

Manila is the capital city of the Philippines. The Full Scale fam explored the buzzing streets and vibrant culture of the city. They got to experience the wonders of Science and Technology at the Mind Museum.
Full Scale Davao
From concrete jungles to lavish green forestry, Full Scale held its second team bonding gathering in the laid-back city of Davao. Employees had the time of their lives with Eden’s Nature Park Skyrides.
